Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
No Returns: Home Attire does not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.
Exchange Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Home Attire offers an exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Exchanges are only valid for items of the same value or higher. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original product and receiving the exchanged item, unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
No Refunds: Home Attire does not provide refunds for any purchases. Once a product has been purchased, it can only be exchanged as per the conditions outlined above. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
How to Request an Exchange? To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or phone number. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.
