Prices, Privacy & Payment Policy
Product Pricing: The prices of products displayed on the Website are shown in local currency and are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and any other applicable taxes or duties. Taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout. Please note that prices may not include any import duties, which may be required by your local customs authority.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are not included in the product prices and will be calculated separately during the checkout process. The total price, including any delivery charges, will be displayed in your local currency before you confirm your order. Please refer to the Delivery section for more information on applicable charges.
Currency and Exchange Rates: If your credit/debit card is not denominated in AED or SAR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, OMANNET, MEEZA, MADA and APPLEPAY. Home Attire does not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) as a method of payment.
Card Authorization: All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If your card issuer declines to authorize the payment, Home Attire will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In such cases, your order will be cancelled, and you will be contacted to arrange an alternative payment method.
Cardholder Information: The details provided on your credit/debit card must match the exact information held by the card issuer. You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the cardholder to use it. Payment will be debited from your account once the order has been processed and prepared for shipping.
Payment Security: Home Attire takes reasonable measures to ensure that your card details are secure. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect your card information during transmission. While we take reasonable care to safeguard your payment information, we cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your data unless caused by negligence on our part.
No Storage of Card Details: Home Attire does not store, sell, share, rent, or lease your credit/debit card information to any third parties, except with our payment gateway provider to facilitate the transaction.
